Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy! Whenever possible, we will work together to exchange or return merchandise if applicable. Any return or exchange must have an RA number assigned by Johnathan Kayne, LLC. Please reach out to info@johnathankayne.com within 7 days of receiving your item to acquire a RA number.

Check your merchandise carefully. We cannot accept merchandise that is missing original tags in original position, worn/torn/stained/soiled/covered in hair, or damaged in any way. All JK trucker hat sales are final. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within the United States. Shipping costs vary by item and estimates will be shown in the checkout process.

We ship international to select countries using UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are calculated by international customs clearance once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom and import duties as well as brokerage fees are not included in our shipping charges.

Johnathan Kayne, LLC reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund. Please contact info@johnathankayne.com with any questions.
